- Remove transmission assembly from vehicle. Refer to transmission removal procedure. Remove clutch cover and disc. Remove pilot bearing. Use an internal puller and slide hammer if bearing proves difficult to remove.
- To install, lubricate new bearing with Mopar(R) high temperature wheel bearing grease. Insert new bearing into engine crank shaft by hand or with a clutch alignment tool. Install clutch disc and cover as outlined in this section. Install transmission assembly into vehicle.
