Fuel Pump Module: Installation

- Wipe seal area of tank clean. Install a new "O" ring seal on pump module. Align fuel pump module with retaining bracket on bottom of fuel tank.
- Fuel pump module may have a slight interference fit with bracket. Push module down and install retaining clamp. Tighten clamp to 40 INCH lbs. (4.5 N.m). Install fuel tank. See FUEL TANK REMOVAL under FUEL TANKΒ .
