Recommended Fluid
It is important that proper lubricant be used in transaxle. Mopar ATF Plus automatic transmission fluid Type 7176 should be used to aid in assuring optimum transaxle performance. Fluids of the type labeled Dextron II should be used only if recommended fluid is not available.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
