Place shift selector in "P" position. Loosen lock screw on cable adjusting bracket on transaxle. Move shift lever on transaxle all the way to rear detent ("P") position and hold. Tighten lock screw.

NOTE: If linkage cable is disconnected from transaxle lever for any reason, always use a new plastic grommet when reassembling linkage.
