Yes --> Go To 2 No --> Refer appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article to help isolate a possible intermittent open or shorted wiring condition. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1Β . |

| 2 | Turn the ignition on. With the DRB, enter Body Computer, System Tests then PCM Monitor. Does the DRB display: PCM is active on BUS? Yes --> Replace the Compass/Mini-Trip Computer in accordance with the Service Information. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1Β . No --> Refer to the COMMUNICATION CATEGORYΒ and perform the appropriate symptom. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1Β . |
