Electronic Control Module - Vehicle Built Before 9/10/02: Removal
2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT, 4D Wagon, StandardSECTION Removal
- Remove sunroof module assembly (Refer to BODY/SUNROOF/MODULE ASSEMBLY - REMOVAL)Β .
- Cut wire retaining tape near motor being careful not to cut wires.
- Disconnect drive motor's wire harness.
- Remove three motor assembly retaining screws from bottom side of motor, and remove motor assembly. See Fig 1.
- From top side of module assembly, remove one attaching screw from control module.
- Disconnect the two wire connectors from electronic control module assembly.
- Remove control module.
