Charge Air Cooler Circulation Pump: Installation
2005 Chrysler Crossfire Limited, 2D Coupe, StandardSECTION Installation
- Install the charge air cooler circulation pump to the mounting bracket.
- Install the charge air cooler circulation pump mounting bolt (1). Tighten the mounting bolt to 20 N.m (15 ft. lbs.).
- Reconnect the charge air cooler circulation pump harness connector (2).
- Reconnect the charge air cooler circulation pump inlet hose (2).
- Reconnect the charge air cooler circulation pump outlet hose (1).
- Refill the cooling system. (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/COOLANT - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
- Install the right side inner fender lining.
- Recheck the coolant level.
