Engine Coolant Thermostat: Installation

- Install the thermostat housing with a new O-ring. Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 in. lbs.).
- Connect the upper radiator hose.
- Fill the cooling system. (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/COOLANT - STANDARD PROCEDURE)Β .
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
- Recheck the coolant level and adjust as necessary.
