Radiator Fan: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the radiator fan harness connector (1).

  3. Remove the coolant return hose (1) from the mounting bracket (2).

  4. Using a suitable tool, grasp the radiator fan hold down clamps (2) and pull up to remove the clamps from the mounting holes.

  5. Carefully pry the upper radiator hose and return hoses away from the cooling fan.
  6. Gently lift the radiator fan up and out of the vehicle.
