Diagnostic Test
- NGC POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST VER - 3
1. If this vehicle is equipped with an Electronic Throttle Control system, and the APP Sensors, PCM, or Throttle Body Assembly has been replaced use a scan tool to perform the ETC RELEARN function. The DRB III(R) scan tool may be used to learn electrical parameters. Go to the Miscellaneous menu, and then select ETC Learn.
NOTE: 2. After completing the Powertrain Verification Test, the Transmission Verification Test must be performed.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
