The sensors screws into the cylinder block, directly below the intake manifold.
- Remove intake manifold plenum refer to the INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- 2.7L Remove the passenger side cylinder head, refer to ENGINE 2.7L .
- Disconnect electrical connector' from knock sensor (Fig 1 ) or (Fig 2 ).
