1. Fused B(+) Circuit Open

2004 Chrysler Crossfire StandardSECTION 1. Fused B(+) Circuit Open

Turn the ignition off.

Disconnect the PCM C5 harness connector.

NOTE: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.

Turn the ignition on.

Measure the voltage of the Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit at the PCM C5 harness connector.

Is the voltage above 10 volts? 

  1. Yes  >> Go to 2
  2. No  >> Repair the Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit for an open.

    Perform POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - VER 2 in ENGINE - ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTICS article.
