- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Open drivers door.
- Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755), carefully pry speaker grille away from door trim panel (Fig 1 ).
- Remove speaker retaining screws.
- Pull speaker away from door and disconnect wiring.
