1995 Chrysler New Yorker V6-3.5L VIN FSECTION Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Reset Procedure
NOTE: The Reset function applies to 1992-1994 model year vehicles with 41 TE and 42LE transaxles only. This option is not available for 1993 service TCMs for prior model year vehicles.

Purpose
Engine torque management is used during high-torque, high-speed 1-2, 2-3, 4-2, and 3-1 shifts to reduce energy dissipation in the 2/4 clutch and the OD clutch to an acceptable level.

Operation
If there is a problem with torque management, the throttle opening used for shift point selection will be limited to 54 degrees.

Cause
A probable cause of this is CCD bus communication.
