Window Control Switch Test

1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue 5.2 4SECTION Window Control Switch Test
  1. If failure is in passenger or rear doors, connect jumper wires to that switch connector as shown. See Fig 1 through Fig 5 . Check operation of motor by making jumper connections on left front main switch connector.
  2. If the failure is in the left front door, it is not necessary to disconnect or jump any other switch. If the motor operates using jumper wires, a switch is the cause of the failure. If window motor does not operate using jumper wires, perform MOTOR LIFT TESTΒ  .
