- Turn ignition off. Disconnect logic module Red connector. Connect ohmmeter to Red connector cavity No. 8 and ground. Ohmmeter reading should be 2000-6000 ohms. If resistance is okay, replace logic module. If resistance is not okay, disconnect power module 12-Way connector.
- Connect ohmmeter to logic module Red connector cavity No. 8 and 12-Way connector cavity No. 7. There should be continuity. If there is no continuity, repair wire for an open circuit. If there is continuity, connect ohmmeter to logic module Red connector cavity No. 8 and ground.
- There should be no continuity. If there is continuity, repair wire for a short to ground. If there is no continuity, replace power module.
