2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Commercial, RWDSECTION Circuit/System Testing
  1. Ignition ON, Rear Seat Infotainment system ON, install a media device into the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
  2. Verify the DTC does not set or that media can be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
    • If the DTC sets or if media can not be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Input Adaptor.Β 

      Replace the LVDS cable between the K299R Audio/Video Interface Module and the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle

    1. Ignition ON, Rear Seat Infotainment system ON, install a media device into the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
    2. Verify the DTC does not set or that media can be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
      • If the DTC sets or if media can not be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Input Adaptor.

        Replace the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle

    • Go to next step: If the DTC does not set or media can be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.Β 
  3. All OK.
