- Ignition ON, Rear Seat Infotainment system ON, install a media device into the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
- Verify the DTC does not set or that media can be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
- If the DTC sets or if media can not be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Input Adaptor.
Replace the LVDS cable between the K299R Audio/Video Interface Module and the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle
- Ignition ON, Rear Seat Infotainment system ON, install a media device into the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
- Verify the DTC does not set or that media can be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
- If the DTC sets or if media can not be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Input Adaptor.
Replace the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle
- If the DTC sets or if media can not be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Input Adaptor.
- Go to next step: If the DTC does not set or media can be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Receptacle.
- If the DTC sets or if media can not be played through the HDMI 1 port of the X83B Audio/Video Input Adaptor.
- All OK.
