Removal Procedure
- Sunroof Window - Remove - Sunroof Window ReplacementΒ
- Headlining Trim Panel - Remove - Headlining Trim Panel Replacement
- Electrical Connector @ Sunroof Window Motor - Remove
- Electrical Harness @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Remove
Drain Hose (1) @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Remove
- NOTE:
Remove the 2 center bolts last in order to help support the sunroof module assembly to the roof.
Sunroof Module Bolt (1) @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Remove [6x]
- Sunroof Module Bolt (2) @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Remove [2x]
- With the aid of an assistant, lower the sunroof module assembly and remove through the passenger side door.
A new sunroof module assembly does not include the sunroof window. You must install the old sunroof window to the new sunroof module assembly.
