- Transfer components as necessary.
With the aid of an assistant, position the new sunroof module assembly using the studs to align the bolt holes.
- Sunroof Module Bolt (2) @ roof - Hand tighten [2x]
- Sunroof Module Bolt (1) @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Hand tighten [6x]
- Sunroof Module Bolt (2) @Roof - Install and tighten [2X] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Sunroof Module Bolt (1) @Roof - Install and tighten [6X] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Drain Hose (1) @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Install
- Electrical Connector @ Sunroof Window Motor - Install
- Electrical Harness @ Sunroof Module Assembly - Install
- Sunroof/Sunshade Motor Initialization (New Motor)Β , or Sunroof/Sunshade Motor Initialization (Existing Motor)Β
- Headlining Trim Panel - Install - Headlining Trim Panel Replacement
