In the event of an interrupted or unsuccessful configuration and setup event, perform the following steps:
- Verify the control module, data link connector and programming tool connections are secure and the tool software is up to date.
- Initiate Vehicle Sleep Mode
- Ignition/Vehicle - Off
- Close all doors
- Remove Key
- Wait for IPC to time out (up to 2 mins)
- Ignition ON / Vehicle in Service Mode
- Perform the SPS function: Configuration and Setup
- If the configuration or setup is not successful - Replace the component: K85P Restraints Occupant Classification System Module - Passenger
- Go to next step: If the programming is successful
- All OK
