Circuit/System Verification

2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier, AWDSECTION Circuit/System Verification
  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Clear the DTCs.
  3. Verify DTC B2910 is not set.
    • If the DTC is setΒ 
    1. Perform the following learn procedure:Immobilizer System Component Programming - Select the Body Control Module Immobilizer (IMMO) Function with New Transponder or Remote Key, but use the customer's existing key.
    2. Clear the DTCs.
    3. Ignition/Vehicle & All vehicle systems - Off
    4. Door - All - Closed
    5. Wait for greater than 5 min.
    6. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
    7. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC.

      Verify the DTC does not set.

      • If the DTC sets - Replace the component:K60 Steering Column Lock Module
      • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
    8. All OK.
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not setΒ 
  4. All OK.
