Removal Procedure
2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier, AWDSECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove as much power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir as possible.
- Front Bumper Fascia - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Trax)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Encore)
Power Steering Gear Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage
- Power Steering Gear Outlet Hose (2) @ Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Remove
- Remove the plastic push pin (3) from the power steering fluid cooler bracket.
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Inlet Pipe Clamp (1) - Disengage
- Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Inlet Pipe (2) @ Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Remove
Power Steering Fluid Cooler Bracket Nut (1) - Remove [2x]
- Remove the power steering fluid cooler (2) from the vehicle.
