Installation Procedure
Position the differential clutch control module (2) on the differential carrier.
- Install the mounting screws (1) to the differential carrier and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Connect the electrical connector (3) to the differential carrier.
Secure the differential control module to the differential clutch using the electrical tie (1).
Connect the electrical connector (3).
- Install the wiring harness retainers (2) and (1) to the differential clutch control module.
Position the shield (2) on the differential clutch control module (1).
- Install the 2 mounting screws (4) and tighten to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
- Install the mounting nut (3) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the propeller shaft to the rear differential.
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
