Position the power steering pump (2) on the vehicle.
- Power Steering Pump Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (2H0)Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LUV)Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LE2)
Power Steering Gear Inlet Hose Seal(4) - Install
Install a NEW seal.
- Power Steering Gear Inlet Hose(3)@Power Steering Pump - Install and tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
- Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose(2)@Power Steering Pump - Install
- Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage
- Power Steering Pump Belt - Install - Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement
- Air Cleaner Assembly - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (2H0)
- Fill and bleed the power steering system. Power Steering System Bleeding
