Installation Procedure
Position the power steering fluid cooler (2) on the vehicle.
- Power Steering Fluid Cooler Bracket Nut(1) - Install and tighten[2x]9 N.m (80 lb in)
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Inlet Pipe (2)@Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Install
- Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Inlet Pipe Clamp (1) - Engage
Power Steering Gear Outlet Hose(2)@Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Install
- Power Steering Gear Outlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage
- Install the plastic push pin (3) in the power steering fluid cooler bracket.
- Front Bumper Fascia - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick)
- Fill and bleed the power steering system. Power Steering System Bleeding

When to See a Mechanic
