- Radiator Inlet Hose(2)@Engine - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp(1)@Engine - Engage
Use the BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers
Radiator Inlet Hose(2)@Radiator - Install
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp(1)@Radiator - Engage
Use the BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers
Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose(1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement (LUV) Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement (2H0) Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement (LE2 Surge Tank Outlet Side) Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement (LE2 Intermediate Hose Piece) (2) - Install
Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LUV, 2H0) Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LE2) (6) - Install
- Fill the engine coolant to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Check the cooling system for leaks.
