Installation Procedure
Auxiliary Water Pump(1) - Install
- TransmissionBolt(1) - Install and tighten 75 N.m (55 lb ft)
Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Outlet Hose(2)@Water Outlet Pipe - Install
- Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Outlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage
Use the GE-47622Β Hose Clamp Pliers.
Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose(2) - Install
- Install the retainer to the quick connect fitting.(1)
Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose(2) - Install
- Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage
Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Inlet Hose(2) - Install
- Install the retainer to the quick connect fitting.(1).
Battery Tray Replacement (2) - Install
Engine Control Module Replacement (3) - Install
Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement (1) - Install
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and FillingΒ
