Installation Procedure
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- CAUTION:
When installing the radio, use care not to damage the coaxial cable. If improperly installed, the coaxial cable may become pinched or damaged. Failure to follow this caution may result in improper radio function.
When installing the radio bracket (2), raise the rear of the radio to prevent the AM/FM coaxial cable from making contact with the low frequency instrument panel antenna bracket.
- Radio Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Heater and Air Conditioning Control with Cable Control (2) - Install - Heater and Air Conditioning Control with Cable Control Replacement (C60)
Instrument Panel Radio Front Trim Plate (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Radio Front Trim Plate Replacement (RPO IOA/IOR, Chevrolet)

When to See a Mechanic
