Installation Procedure
2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier, AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Transfer the fuel tank fuel pump module. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (FWD)Β Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (AWD)Β
- Install the fuel tank to the hydraulic lift.
With the aid of an assistant, position the fuel tank to the vehicle.
- Install both fuel tank straps to the fuel tank (2) and tighten the fasteners to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Remove the hydraulic lift from the fuel tank.
- Connect the EVAP system hoses. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ
- Connect the fuel feed pipe. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ
- Connect the fuel tank filler pipe. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe ReplacementΒ
Connect the fuel tank fuel pump module wiring harness (1) and clip the fuel tank module wiring harness to the chassis.

- Install the right rear wheelhouse panel liner. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
- Return fuel to the tank.
