  1. Install air conditioning condenser hose to the vehicle.
  2. GM4116958

    Install NEW sealing washers.(2) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 

  3. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose(1) - Install
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Bolt(3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Front Compartment Front Center Insulator Replacement (4) - Install

  6. GM4116962

    Install NEW sealing washers.(2)[2x]

  7. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose(1) - Install
  8. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut(3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  9. GM4117082

    Air Conditioning Condenser(2) - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LUV) Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LE2) 

  10. GM4117066

    Install NEW sealing washers.(2)

  11. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose(1) - Install
  12. GM4117065

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose(2)@Air Conditioning Condenser Hose - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (2H0) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LE2) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LUV) 

  13. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick) - Install
  14. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Install
  15. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)
