2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier, AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install air conditioning condenser hose to the vehicle.
  2. GM4116958

    Install NEW sealing washers.(2) Air Conditioning System Seal ReplacementΒ 

  3. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose(1) - Install
  4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Bolt(3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Front Compartment Front Center Insulator Replacement (4) - Install

  7. GM4116962

    Install NEW sealing washers.(2)[2x]

  8. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose(1) - Install
  9. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut(3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Air Conditioning Condenser(2) - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LUV)Β Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LE2)Β

    Install NEW sealing washers.(2)

  14. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick) - Install
  15. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Install
  16. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)Β
