Circuit/System Testing

2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier, AWDSECTION Circuit/System Testing
  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the X2 and the X1 harness connector at the K9 Body Control Module.
  2. Test for less than 5 Ξ© between the X2 harness connector ground circuit terminal 2 and ground.
    • If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.
  3. Test for less than 5 Ξ© between the X1 harness connector ground circuit terminal 1 and ground.
    • If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.
  4. Ignition ON, test for more than 11 V between the X2 harness connector terminal 1 and ground.
    • If less than the specified value test the control circuit for an open/high resistance.
  5. If all circuits test normal, replace the K9 Body Control Module.
