  1. Install the master cylinder primary brake pipe assembly.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Connect the master cylinder primary brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

    Connect the master cylinder primary brake pipe fitting (1) to the master cylinder and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  4. Install the master cylinder secondary brake pipe assembly.

    Connect the master cylinder secondary brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

    Connect the master cylinder secondary brake pipe fitting (1) to the master cylinder and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  7. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
  8. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)Β Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)Β .
