  4. Reposition the diagnostic line connector from the instrument panel lower cover bracket.

Procedure

  1. Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to disengage the clips securing the lower trim pad cover to the instrument panel assembly.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  3. When replacing the instrument panel lower trim pad, transfer all necessary components.
