Installation Procedure
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Electronic Brake Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 3 N.m (27 lb in) [4x]
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket (1) - Install
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Assembly (1) - Install
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft) [3x]
Left Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Right Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Right Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Left Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten to 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten to 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
- Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
- Bleed the brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated BleedΒ
- Program the EBCM. Control Module References
- Calibrate the BPMV pressure sensor. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pressure Sensor Calibration
