Component Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate seat heating element listed below:
    • E14B Seat Heating Element - Driver Cushion
    • E14D Seat Heating Element - Passenger Cushion
  2. Test for 500 Ξ© - 300 kΞ© between the signal circuit terminal 3 and the low reference circuit terminal 2.
    • If not between 500 Ξ© - 300 kΩ 

      Replace the E14 Seat Heating Element - Cushion.

    • Go to next step: If between 500 Ξ© - 300 kΩ 
  3. All OK.
