    CAUTION:

    New Air Conditioning sealing washers should never be exposed to any type of oil or lubricant, the rubber material may absorb the oil causing failures during installation or the life of the vehicle.

    Air Conditioning Cycling and Fan Control Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Seal (2) - Install NEW

  2. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  3. Connect the electrical connector.

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install

  5. Air Cleaner Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
  6. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (3) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
  7. Connect the mass airflow sensor electrical connector.
  8. Install the wiring harness to the air cleaner assembly.

    Intake Air Duct (2) - Install

  10. Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) - Install

    Intake Air Splash Shield (2) - Install

  12. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [10x]

    Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) - Install

  14. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  15. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and RechargingΒ 
  16. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
