Installation Procedure
When installing the Accelerator Pedal do NOT use a mallet or excessive force on the pedal assembly or damage to the pedal assembly could occur, requiring replacement of the pedal assembly.
Accelerator Pedal (2) - Install
- Accelerator Pedal Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the accelerator pedal electrical connector.
{If equipped} Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator (1) - Install
{If equipped} Instrument Panel Lower Insulator Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
