Installation Procedure
Transmission Control (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Transmission Control Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Install the steering column.
- Steering Column Nut (1) - Install - Steering Column ReplacementΒ [4x].
- Automatic Transmission Shift Lock Control Actuator @ Transmission Control - Connect - Automatic Transmission Shift Lock Control Actuator Replacement
- Range Selector Lever Cable @ Transmission Control - Connect - Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement
Communication Interface Module Bracket - Install - Communication Interface Module Bracket Replacement
- Shift Lever - Install - Shift Lever ReplacementΒ
- Place the transmission control in the Park position.
Connect the park lock cable (2) to the ignition switch housing (1).
Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover (2) - Install - Steering Column Trim Cover ReplacementΒ
- Release the parking brake.
