You must perform the Circuit/System Verification before proceeding with Circuit/System Testing.
- Check the engine cooling system and front of the vehicle to verify that none of the conditions listed below exist:
- Obstruction of the grille
- Debris in the radiator, condenser, or CAC fins
Refer to Radiator Cleaning .
- Bent radiator, condenser, or CAC fins
- Engine overheating
Refer to Engine Overheating .
- If a condition exists
Repair or replace as appropriate.
- Go to next step: If no condition exists
- Replace the Charge Air Cooler.
