NOTE:

You must perform the Circuit/System Verification before proceeding with Circuit/System Testing.

  1. Check the engine cooling system and front of the vehicle to verify that none of the conditions listed below exist:
    • Obstruction of the grille
    • Debris in the radiator, condenser, or CAC fins

      Refer to Radiator Cleaning .

    • Bent radiator, condenser, or CAC fins
    • Engine overheating

      Refer to Engine Overheating .

    • If a condition exists 

      Repair or replace as appropriate.

    • Go to next step: If no condition exists 
  2. Replace the Charge Air Cooler.
