    Parking Brake Control Module (2) - Install

  2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Parking Brake Lever Nut(1) - Install and tighten[3x]25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  4. Connect the electrical connector.

    Parking Brake Front Cable(3) - Install

  6. Parking Brake Front Cable Grommet (2) - Install
  7. Parking Brake Cable Retainer Nut (1) - Install and hand tighten
  8. Front Floor Panel Carpet - Install - Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement

    Floor Air Outlet Duct - Left Side(2) - Install - Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side

  10. GM4854633

    Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel (1) - Install - Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement

  11. GM4861177

    Parking Brake Lever Handle(2) - Install - Parking Brake Lever Handle ReplacementΒ 

  12. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Parking Brake Front Cable(1)@ Frame Bracket - Install

  14. Parking Brake Front Cable(1)@Parking Brake Intermediate Cable(2) - Connect
  15. Enable the park brake cable adjuster. Parking Brake Cable Adjuster EnablingΒ 
  16. Verify that the vehicle will hold position with the parking brake pedal depressed.
  17. If additional adjustments need to be made, adjust the parking brake. Parking Brake AdjustmentΒ
