  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and RechargingΒ

    Coolant Recovery Reservoir(1) - Remove - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LV1)Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (L96, LC8)

  3. GM4842709

    Disconnect the electrical connectors.(1)[2x]

  4. Engine Wiring Harness Bolt(2) - Remove
  5. Reposition the wiring harness.
  6. Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Bracket Bolt (3) - Remove
  7. Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Bracket(4) - Remove

  9. Air Conditioning Accumulator(2)@Air Conditioning Evaporator - Remove - Air Conditioning Accumulator ReplacementΒ

    Blower Case Bolt (1) - Remove[5x]

  11. Accumulator Bracket (2) - Remove

    NOTE:

    The Plenum Lower Panel has been removed for clarity of the service procedure.

    Blower Case Bolt (1) - Remove[7x]

    Blower Case Bolt (1) - Remove[2x]

  14. Air Conditioning Evaporator Clamp Tube Bolt (2) - Remove
  15. GM4842439

    Blower Case Assembly(1) - Remove

  16. GM4842435

    Orifice and Baffle Cutoff Case (2)@Blower Case Assembly(1) - Remove

  17. Transfer components as necessary.
