  1. Prior to installing the air conditioning compressor perform the air conditioning compressor oil balancing procedure. Air Conditioning Compressor Oil BalancingΒ 
  2. GM4848895

    Install the air conditioning compressor (2) to the vehicle.

  3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt- Long (3) - Install and tighten[2x]58 N.m (43 lb ft)
  5. Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt- Short (1)@Air Conditioning Compressor(2) - Install and tighten45 N.m (33 lb ft)
  6. Connect all electrical connectors.

  11. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and RechargingΒ 
  12. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
