Installation Procedure
Water Pump Gasket (2) - Install a NEW gasket. [2x]
- Water Pump (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Water Pump Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Heater Inlet Hose (4) - Install
- Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (3) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Heater Outlet Hose (2) - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Engine Cooling Fan Bracket (2) - Install
- Engine Cooling Fan Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Vent Outlet Hose (3) - Install
- Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Clip (2)@Engine Cooling Fan Bracket - Install
- Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LV1)
- Power Steering Pump Pulley - Install - Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (Without LWN)Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (With LWN)
- Drive Belt Tensioner - Install - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory
- Drive Belt Idler Pulley - Install - Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
- Generator - Install - Generator Replacement (LV1 with K68)Generator Replacement (LV1 with KW5/KG4)
- Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (LV1)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
