Installation Procedure
Engine Oil Cooler Pipe (3) - Install
- Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Engage
Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Engine Oil Cooler Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring TypeΒ
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose (2)@Engine Oil Cooler Pipe - Connect - Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN)Β
Fuel Feed Hose Protector (3) - Install
- Fuel Feed Hose Protector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Fuel Feed Hose Protector Nut (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Engine Mount Bracket- Left Side - Install - Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side
- Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN)Β Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN)Β
