- Apply the parking brake.
- Ignition ON, engine OFF, place the transmission in the PARK position.
- Install a scan tool.
- Clear all DTCs before proceeding.
- Navigate to the Vehicle Controls Systems menu of the BCM.
- Select Module Setup menu item.
- Select BCM menu item.
- Select the Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration procedure and follow the directions displayed on the screen.
- Perform the Engine Control Module (ECM) Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration.
