2019 Chevrolet Express 2500 Base, Van Cargo Extended, 6.0L Eng VIN GSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Plug the wheel speed sensor bore to prevent debris from entering the wheel hub and bearing.
  2. Clean the mounting surface on the wheel hub to remove any corrosion and debris.
  3. Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the wheel speed sensor and mounting pad on the wheel hub and bearing assembly. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and SealersΒ 
  4. Remove the plug from the wheel speed sensor bore.

    Wheel Speed Sensor (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

    Clip (1) - Secure
