Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.
- Use a suitable strap to strap fuel tank to jack.
- Partially raise the fuel tank to connect the fuel tank fuel pump module connector.
- Fuel Tank (1) - Install
Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]
- Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
- Remove strap holding fuel tank to jack.
Fuel Return Pipe (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Auxiliary Fuel Feed and Return Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Install and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in)
- Fuel Tank Filler Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Refill the fuel tank.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.
