Installation Procedure
Body Mount Upper Cushion (4) - Install
- Raise the frame (5).
- Body Mount Lower Cushion (3) - Install
- Body Mount Retainer (2) - Install
- Body Mount Bolt (1) - Install and tighten140 N.m (103 lb ft)
- NOTE:
Do not remove the bolts.
Body Mount Bolt (1) - Tighten140 N.m (103 lb ft)[14x]
Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft (1)@Steering Gear - Install - Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement
- Remove the safety stands.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the screws retaining the fuel tank filler pipe to the body.
- For the LV1 engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Front Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Rear Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Short/Long Wheel Base)
- For the L96, LC8 engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Passenger/Cargo) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Front Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Rear Tank)
- For the LWN engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement
