2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, 2D Coupe, Automatic TransSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and ConnectionΒ 
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  3. { If equipped }Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch - Disconnect - Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch Replacement

    Starter Heat Shield Fastener (1) - Remove [3x]

  5. Starter Heat Shield (2) - Remove

    NOTE:

    Catalytic converter is removed for graphic clarity.

    Starter Solenoid Cable Nut (2) @ Starter Solenoid (3) - Remove

  7. Starter Solenoid Cable (1) - Remove

    Starter Mounting Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  9. Reposition the starter (2) to access the electrical connector.

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  11. Starter (2) - Remove
