- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LT5) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LT5)
Radiator Air Upper Baffle Extension (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Extension Replacement (LT5)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Water Pump Outlet - Remove - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Water Pump Outlet - Remove - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Water Pump Inlet Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
- Water Pump Outlet (2) - Remove
- Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Seal (3) - Remove and DISCARD
